Abby Sit!

Abby did something funny today that I have to share. Chris was giving the dogs cookies and we always tell them to sit before they can get one. Abby was right next to the dogs and when Chris said, "sit" and Abby sat too. Too bad she doesn't listen that well all the time:)

Welcome Olive

Melinda and Clayton got a new dog and a new house! The house and the dog are both very cute. We are so excited for you guys and can't wait to meet Olive. Do you think Olive knows what a lucky dog she is? Grandma Liz, Abby and I have our trip booked to visit them in Australia on July 15th.

Fun Weekend!!

We had such a fun weekend! I think we crammed something fun into every minute. Chris and I went to the movies, we all went hiking, we had dinner with the Greens, went to the Wild Animal Park and had our friends the Caudills over for dinner! So many fun things to do and so little time:) Enjoy the pictures! Abby has learned how to smile for the camera and say cheese.....I wonder why????

My Friend Tyler

Abby is so lucky to have such a good friend, Tyler, to help take care of her. Tyler is Tate and Dave's son (the family that I work for and good friends) Tyler is the sweetest boy that Abby looks up to so much:) Today we went miniature golfing and Tyler took Abby on the little Merry-go-round when we were all done. I think the expressions on their faces in this picture say so much! Thanks Tyler for being such a good "big brother" to Abby!

French Valley Airport

We had SO MUCH FUN with our friends The Caudills on Sunday AM. We met them at the French Valley Airport for breakfast at their cafe. It was so neat! We sat out on the patio and watched the planes and helicopters take off and land. Abby and Tyler loved it! Abby would wave goodbye to the planes and then clap for them:) We can't wait to go back!

Splish Splash!

Bath time is so much fun for Abby! She loves blowing bubbles. After bath time we always do "crazy hair" and look in the mirror. Oh how fun to be 1!

I love Babas!

This was too funny! Abby calls her pacifier her baba. It is a word that she knows very well and usually is the first thing she says to us when we go to get her out of her crib in the morning. Hope this picture made you smile like it did us:)

We will miss you Auntie Mimi and Uncle Clay

What a fun weekend we had with Auntie Mimi and Uncle Clay. They are so good with Abby. We are so excited for them and their new adventure in Australia. We can't wait to visit them in Australia SOON!!!! We will miss you SOO much Melinda and Clayton:(

Happy New Year!

Wow (one of Abby's favorite words)! We had a fantastic New Years. New Years Eve we drove out to the Colorado River where we spent time with Uncle Jerry, Susie, Rachel, Grandma T and Mr. Ed. Thank you so much Susie and Jerry for letting us stay with you and thanks to Rachel for being such a great cousin to Abby (I know the 5:30 wake-ups aren't too cool, especially when you are a teenager)! We spent our days out there hanging out, going off roading in the Bronco and eating. It was a very relaxing trip. We left the river on Saturday so Chris could get home to go to the Charger game. GO CHARGERS! On Sunday we built a new pasture at PooBah's house for Jake and Chips. It was a great start to 2009. We look forward to a fabulous 2009 with lots of new and exciting adventures.
