Today we had our meeting with Inland Regional Center Early Start Program and The Carolyn E. Wylie Center. These are two organizations that will work together to provide services for Jocelyn. Two nice ladies came out to our house to evaluate Jocelyn and to talk to Chris and I about infant stimulation and to develop goals for Jocelyn. Jocelyn is right on track doing everything a baby should. She is starting to hold her head up and look around when she is on her tummy and is tracking with her eyes. Next week a teacher from the Carolyn E. Wylie Center will start coming to work with Jocelyn, Chris and I. She will come out twice a week for an hour each time. I am looking forward to learning alongside Jocelyn:) They will work with Jocelyn until she is 3. Then she will start a preschool program! I am feeling better about things now that the ball is rolling with some of these services! We'll be sure to take pictures of her first day at school (at 8 weeks old!!!).
I hope everyone is having a great day.
