Our Walk

This morning we woke up early for a walk.  This walk was for a group we never asked to join, but now are so glad we are a part of:) 

Our team all had matching shirts that read the name of our child that is “chromosomally enhanced” (I like that).  

There we many families their that we now have a special connection to and feel so blessed to have them in our lives.

 

Our family had been so supportive on this incredible journey we are taking with our Sweet Jocelyn Rose…. It is a walk we could have never taken alone…

 

Then we walked.  This walk was a celebration indeed:)

   

And in this walk we were all winners:)

OK….this was the best part of the day and I wanted to save the best for last……. 

This is my friend Andrea:)  Andrea and I grew up together.  Her mom, Bonnie, was the teacher at my daycare where we both went.  We were in Brownies and Girl Scouts together and then went to Poway High together. I have thought a lot about Andrea these last few months. How fun to reunite at the Buddy Walk!
