This picture was taken one year ago. It’s one of my favorites. Our love for this sweet little girl continues to grow. We are so proud of all she has accomplished in just one year. Oh Jocelyn, what will you be doing next year at this time? We will all continue to work hard together, and set no boundaries on what you may accomplish. You will soar Jocelyn Rose.
